The Australian Human Rights Commission enquiry and report, Same Sex Same Entitlements, formed the basis of the reforms to our rights brought in by the Rudd government. But since then the government – and the Commission – appear to have stalled.

Catherine Branson, President of the Australian Human Rights Commission, joins me this morning to tell us just what the Commission is doing for us now.

John Michael Howsen - oh please.. I cant stand the man.. Interesting he has no time for the gay rights movement but he is more than happy to use Australia's equal immigration laws to allow his partner from El Salvador to migrate here..
