The Australian Human Rights Commission enquiry and report, Same Sex Same Entitlements, formed the basis of the reforms to our rights brought in by the Rudd government. But since then the government – and the Commission – appear to have stalled.
Catherine Branson, President of the Australian Human Rights Commission, joins me this morning to tell us just what the Commission is doing for us now.
