Please Vote IN FAVOUR of all four of these GROUP B motions to stabilise,
reform and save ALSO Care by providing better governance and appropriate management of ALSO Care moving forward.

1. NO CONFIDENCE IN ALSO CARE COMMITTEE - The ALSO Care Committee permitted over $200,000 to be taken from its "Members Resolution Fund" without members' authority, in contravention of the Association's rules.

2. RELEASE OF A SMALL AMOUNT OF FUNDS TO KEEP ALSO CARE FUNCTIONING - ALSO has spent-down nearly all available cash, $50,000 will allow ALSO Care liabilities to be paid and provide working capital.

3. REMOVING THE EXISTING COMMITTEE - Remove 6 directly elected CARE people - New postal elections to be held. Withdraw 6 people appointed by the beleaguered ALSO Foundation Board and seek a new six names if the ALSO Foundation Board is still able to function.

4. RECALL ALSO CARE FUNDS "loaned" to ALSO Foundation - these funds were "loaned" without the authority of ALSO Care members.

To keep and reform ALSO Care, Please Vote IN FAVOUR of all four of these GROUP B Motions.

Please Vote AGAINST the one motion in GROUP A proposed by the incumbent ALSO CARE Committee. The Reform Group of concerned members believe BOTH ALSO Care and ALSO FOUNDATION may wind-up if the incumbent ALSO Care committee motion gets up.

A reminder - To hear recent GLBTI community media discussion check-out
Really Long Link from last Saturday's broadcast of Saturday Magazine. This is a replay of the

interview with current CEO of the financially challenged ALSO Foundation and ALSO Care Crusader Hillis, together two ALSO Care members seeking to stabilise, reform and save ALSO Care, Geoff Richards and ALSO Life Member and former treasurer David Owen - interviews originally heard on Dean Beck's "On-The-Line" show on JOY 94.9. Additional comments from SatMag crew Tim Lennox and David "Macca" McCarthy plus listener feedback.

For further detailed information about the 4 motions seeking to stabilise,
reform and save ALSO Care, check out correspondence from Geoff Richards or reply to this group and information will be posted.

Warm regards,

Greg Adkins
