Watch out world because GLBTI news and current affairs show Freshly Doug is about to return to the airwaves.

Joy’s new programming lineup begins in March, with some shows retiring, some taking a rest, some new shows will debut and some old friends will return.


Prominent among them will be Freshly Doug, as veteran GLBTI anchor Doug Pollard returns to the Joy studios with news, views, interviews and discussions on topics of interest to our community.

PLUS a 2hr special program on the growing criminalisation of HIV: does prosecuting people for infecting others help or hinder the spread of the epidemic?

The Freshly Doug Special, ‘Is HIV a Criminal Offence?’ will air Saturday March 12 from 5-7pm.
