Penny Wong, for being in a strong position in the Labor government yet refusing to use her clout to advocate for gay causes.
Bob Brown, for failing to press for gay rights, and not obstructing government business in order to advance our cause.
Other nominees were:

Justice Virginia Bell, for being a feeble replacement for Michael Kirby
John Michael Howson got votes both for and against
Molly Meldrum was cited for services to the bar at DTs hotel
In the Overseas category, for being poor role models:
