Australia's Vicous Kitten Killer
18 Year old Shane Moore,
Was convicted of kicking a pet kitten to death.
Shane Moore of Narangba (Brisbane East) has been charged
and sentanced with Animal Cruelty which Moore pleaded guilty to.
Narangba Court was told that the three month old kitten "Bubbles"
strayed intoa local park, Last June when Shane Moore came across it.
Moore was patting the kitten, And after getting tired of it rubbing
against his leg, He kicked the three month old kitten to death,
Suffering Internal Bleeding, Kidney Damage and Ruptured Liver
The kicking was witnessed by two young males, Who then reported it
to there parents, Who then contacted the RSPCA.
Magistrate Peter Hasted: "This was an act of viciousness, an atrocious and appalling act of wanton savagery," he said. Afer issueing Moore with One Month in jail and Eighteen months probation.
The Kittens owner pleased with the result that the court ruled.
"It was a great result and it sends a clear message to anyone out there who thinks they can just go and do acts of cruelty against animals,"
Mr Bower, Had to break the news to his children after they returned from an interstate obligation, Saying that they were devestated.
When Moore was being lead to the Jail, Moores Mother began screaming and shouting death threats at the Bowers, With it still continueing outside the court.
The Bowers claim Moore, was harrasing him and his family by spray painting abusive and inappropriate messages on there house and car.
The Bowers have taken out a restraining order against the Moores.
